GSS / Fleet Management System
BUILT IN HOUSE BY GSS RUNS ON HARDWARE YOU ALREADY OWN LEBANON AND THE MIDDLE EAST

Fleet. Video. AI.
One operational platform.

The GSS Fleet Management System puts trucks, drivers, deliveries, GPS, cameras and fuel into a single system. It is not another tracking screen. It is the layer that ties the equipment on your vehicles to the way your operation actually runs, and GSS adapts it to your rules rather than asking you to change them.

01 / The problem

Most fleets run four systems that do not speak to each other.

How it usually works

  • GPS lives in one portal, video in another, deliveries in a spreadsheet
  • An incident means pulling a recorder out of a truck to find the clip
  • Fuel is settled on what the driver claims, not on distance actually driven
  • A report takes someone half a day and is out of date by the time it lands
  • Nobody can answer a simple question about last Tuesday without digging

With the GSS system

  • Tracking, video, deliveries and fuel in one screen, tied to the same vehicle and day
  • An event opens with its own footage already attached
  • Fuel settled against kilometres driven, with camera evidence at the valve
  • Reports run themselves and arrive on a schedule you set
  • Ask the system a question in plain language and get the answer from your records
02 / Integration

It works with the hardware you already paid for.

Replacing a working fleet of trackers and recorders is the fastest way to kill a project. Where your existing equipment exposes a way in, GSS connects to it. Where it does not, GSS designs and supplies compatible hardware instead, so the rollout can start on the vehicles that are ready.

An honest limit. Integration depends on what each system exposes. Where a platform offers an API, an SDK or a documented feed, we connect to it. Where it is closed, we say so early and propose compatible equipment instead. We do not claim universal compatibility, and the first step of any project is checking what your current systems allow.

03 / Capabilities

Everything on one vehicle timeline.

Tracking and dispatch

  • Live vehicle tracking
  • Full day route replay
  • Dispatch by area, cargo and client
  • AI assisted assignment of the day's orders
  • Geofencing and route deviation alerts
  • Driver application on the driver's own phone

Video and evidence

  • MDVR and vehicle cameras
  • Site CCTV alongside vehicle footage
  • LPR and plate recognition
  • Event clips attached to the moment they happened
  • Delivery verification with visual proof

Fuel control

  • Fuel monitoring across the fleet
  • Valve state read from camera frames by AI
  • Photo evidence stored against every event
  • Fuel settled by kilometres driven rather than by claim
  • Anomalies raised the day they happen

Reporting and AI

  • Ask operational questions in plain language
  • Reports generated from the fleet's own records
  • Scheduled reports to the people who need them
  • Operational KPIs for management
  • Search across operational history

Control and governance

  • User permissions by role and by site
  • Audit logs on the actions that matter
  • External integrations where interfaces allow
  • Runs on the office PC, in any browser, and on a phone

How the AI answers

When you ask the system a question that involves numbers, the answer is read from your database, not written by a language model. The AI decides what to look up and how to present it. The figures come from your records, which is the only way a fleet report is worth signing.

04 / The system

Screens from the working system.

Fleet dashboard with live delivery, mileage and alert metrics
The day at a glance: deliveries, distance and anything that needs attention.
AI order dispatch assigning every truck by region and cargo
Dispatch assigning every truck by region and cargo, with the AI proposing the plan.
Camera AI reading fuel valve states from live truck frames
Camera AI reading valve state from the truck's own frames, with the image kept as proof.
Live fleet map with full day route replay
Live map and full day replay, so a disputed stop takes seconds to check.
05 / Customisation

Built around your operation.

You should not have to restructure your business around a piece of software. Tell us how your operation works, what systems you already use and what you wish they could do. GSS builds the system, so the parts below are settings and code we control, not feature requests that go into someone else's queue.

Common questions

The things people ask first.

Does it work with the GPS trackers we already have?

Where your existing platform exposes an API, an SDK or a documented feed, GSS integrates with it rather than replacing it. Where a platform is closed, we say so at the survey stage and propose compatible hardware instead.

Can it use our existing vehicle cameras or MDVR?

Yes, on the same terms. MDVR and vehicle cameras are integrated where the recorder allows it, so footage sits beside the tracking rather than in a separate portal.

Can the system be changed to match how we work?

Yes. GSS builds and supports the platform, so dashboards, reports, alerts, operational rules, vehicle categories, permissions and KPIs are set to your operation rather than requested from a vendor.

How does the AI answer a question about numbers?

The AI decides what to look up and how to present it, but the figures are read from your database records. They are not generated by a language model, which is the only way a fleet report is worth signing.

Do you work outside Lebanon?

GSS serves customers and projects across Lebanon and the Middle East.

06 / Next step

See it running on your kind of fleet.

A demo takes about thirty minutes. Tell us roughly how many vehicles you run, what GPS and camera equipment is on them today, and the one thing that costs you the most time. We will show the system against that, not a generic tour.
